As promised, Here's the giant google sheet of all the proposed item changes that would take place in patch 2.1.
Each section is separated by tabs at the bottom, by their section - Head, Neck, Chest, so on, so forth.
Please CTRL+F any items you may be using and compare them to the change listed, and let me know your feedback in the Discord's buffs-and-nerfs channel!

You'll also note the set bonus column, which is the fourth and last column!
People tend to zero in on wanted items, earn enough of the currency necessary, buy the item and then are set or bored with their character. The idea behind a set bonus is to incorporate Ye Olde Prior Set Bonuses like the vanilla dungeon sets and most raid sets to encourage people to collect, mix and match their items for different play styles.
Maybe you're a DPS that would like to be a tank for the night - break out a few of your Defender-tagged items and go to town. Maybe you're a Healer that wants to do some damage - grab some of your Assailant-marked items. Did your healing partner not show up for the event? Alright, DPS guy, your Restorator items have you covered, while still giving you your DPS class buff.
Characters that collect three of the same Set Bonus Type - either Restorator, Defender or Assailant - receive the option to pick from one of the bonuses listed.
Players must have all three of one type of 'color' - having all Restorator does not give them access to an Assailant buff. Players can also only have one buff active at a time! However - for those players that want to only want to change up their style, or are attached to certain items with mixed-up colors, there are Chromatic variations of Set Bonuses that can be earned, as well! Combinations of the primary colors are possible to make Orange [ Aggressor ], Green [ Striker ], and Purple [ Remediator ]!
One Yellow + Two Red OR Two Yellow + One Red = Orange
One Yellow + Two Blue OR Two Yellow + One Blue = Striker
One Blue + Two Red OR Two Blue + One Red = Remediator
Every Chromatic item can be subbed-in for another primary color, as well, giving those with utility items even more utility to choose from potentially any of the buff categories available.
More information will be given as the patch progresses!
