RINGS
BASIC ITEMS
Thickened Gold Band
Gain a +1 to Strength. Does not expire.

Ring of Sparkling Diamonds
Gain a +1 to Intellect. Does not expire.

Banquet Ring
Gain a +1 to Constitution. Does not expire.

Ring of Sharpened Stones
Gain a +1 to Dexterity. Does not expire.

Blasting Ring
Gain a +1 to Wisdom. Does not expire.

Ring of the Open Palm
Gain a +1 to Charisma. Does not expire.

Basic items increase your roll modifiers without providing additional bonuses.
In WoW terminology, they'd be considered 'green items'.
Each Basic item gives an additional +1 to Constitution Rating.
MYTHIC ITEMS
Master Thief’s Signet
Gain a +3 bonus to attempted thievery rolls. Once per Encounter: Vanish into Stealth and appear in melee range of another target. You may attempt a roll for thievery or pickpocketing with a +2 bonus to your roll result.

Bone Ring of Better Fortune
Choose to take either half damage rounded up from attacks that deal greater than 3 DMG or ignore a stun/daze effect. Ignoring an effect puts the ring on a two round cooldown.

Once Per Event: Heal yourself for +4HP in addition to your action.

Chameleon Ring
Two Uses: Gain a +2 bonus to Stealth rolls. Gain a +4 bonus instead if you haven't moved or been moved since the start of your last turn.

Cognizance Ring
Gain a bonus of +2 to rolls involving saving against charm or fear.

Face-Stealing Ring
You assume the exact appearance of a nearby humanoid creature. You also gain the creature's mannerisms, voice, and speech patterns. This lasts until you dismiss it or have taken at least 2 DMG. You gain +5 to rolls against Inspection and perception. Perceive rolls take one full turn’s action to complete.

Gargoyle Ring
Per Event: You become a stone statue, reducing all damage taken by 2, down to 0. You also regain +2HP while in stone form. This stone form lasts until the beginning of your next turn.

Per Event: Make an intimidation check against an enemy in your melee range. The target takes a -5 penalty to rolls when the check is passed for the remainder of the encounter. The DC is determined by the DM.

On a successful critical attacking spellcast, the target may instead takes 1d2-8 damage and an additional ongoing -1 damage until the end of the encounter. This effect does not stack with itself.

Two Uses: Choose an enemy in melee range. That enemy takes 2d3 leeching damage, and the healing is spread evenly throughout your allies.

Ring of the Phoenix
Per Event: Use this power when you reach 0HP. Instead of blacking out, you disappear in a puff of black smoke, flame and ash; on your next turn, you reappear in the same location with a number of HP equivalent to your Strength or Intelligence modifier (whichever is higher). Roll 2d4 in lieu of your next turn for healing; outside healing rolls then have no effect on you for the remainder of the encounter.

Shines brightly in all directions, dispelling darkness; you deal an additional +1 to enemies shrouded in darkness that cannot be dispelled, or that returns after a set amount of phases.
