Long-Awaited Updates Coming Soon!

The Compendium will have several updates coming to it soon, as referenced by the splash page. This is patch 2.1, and in it, there's plans for:

• Updating, balancing & re-configuring existing combat items.

Items have been playtested for the better part of a year with immense help and appreciation by the H-MG guild Ashes of Al'ar. Their suggestions, combined with some retrospective rewrites of item descriptions, will allow for more balanced game play when utilizing Items!

• Uploading, balancing & configuring brand new combat items!

Brand new combat and non-combat items are on their way! Rilennia Rimeshard, an Acherus dealer and underground illicit fence, is proud to present several uniquely powerful items and Consumables for your perusal!

• Introducing even more non-combat Traits.

Ideal for Perception, Knowledge or Investigation rolls, Traits are non-combat bonuses to your character's sheet that allow them introspection and learned knowledge on a variety of topics. An update to the list that already exists is in the works!

• Introducing a brand new module: Set Bonuses for item types!

Items now have set bonuses! There will be a larger post on this later, but for now, keep in mind the original Set Bonuses that World of Warcraft class armors provided to players. Collecting two or more of a certain Bonus will allow players to perform feats or affect combat - some of which that may not even fit their Role or archetype!

• Introducing: Consumables!

Consumable items are one-time use items that bolster the modifiers, stats, rolls or effects of a character for a given amount of time! They've been a long time coming, and are on their way shortly!

• Updating the Creature Collection! Virsandir of Ashes of Al'ar has translated and compiled many of the Warcraft 3 units into usable monsters within the confines of the Compendium! With their blessing, the Creature Collection will have them listed with full models beneath the "Monster List - Faction War" section!
